To access Fyberserv, you will need:

Absolutely not. Fyberserv is designed to streamline your internal processes

the more the entire company benefits.

If my company requests access to Fyberserv, does that mean that we must place our orders on-line?

No. Using the order entry section of Fyberserv is an option for the customer, not a requirement.
Customers can continue to place orders by their preferred manner (i.e., via fax, phone, EDI, or email).
